- Manage and oversee end-to-end execution of content production projects from planning to delivery.
- Develop plans according to the content production targets.
- Coordinate with program representatives, project coordinator, videographers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure all teams clearly understand project objectives, priorities, and deadlines.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management.
- Review project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Ensure effective communication across all departments involved in project execution.
- Manage project documentation, performance indicators, reports, and performance metrics.
- Prepare budgets and resource allocation plans.
Requirements

- Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing creative, digital media, or content production projects.
- Experience preparing project reports, performance dashboards, and resource plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
